Directions to Pioneer Park
Pioneer Park is located on Lake Michigan on Scenic Drive, north of Muskegon. Take US 31 to the Fremont/Big Rapids (M120) Exit, go south west on M120 to Giles Road, turn right (west) on Giles and follow approximately 6 miles to the end of the road. Turn right (north) on Scenic Drive, the park entrance is one quarter of a mile on the left.
RV'ers appreciate the shaded, full hookup sites. All sites have a picnic table and fire ring. The Muskegon KOA is located just minutes from Michigan's Adventure Park, with easy access to both US 31 and Lake Michigan's beaches. We are a full service campground with RV and tent sites and lakefront cabins. Housekeeping Cabins in the woods, and RV Park with full hookups. Cafe serving outstanding Breakfast and Lunch on the Shore of Silver Lake General Store with Groceries, Beer and Spirits, Clothing, Gifts and Souvenirs.

Pioneer Park Picnic Park
A picnic lodge building is available to rent for family reunions, company and church picnics, or other group activities where shelter is desired. The picnic lodge offers a large stove/oven for cooking, a refrigerator for keeping your food cold, and electrical outlets for crock-pots, coffee pots, etc.

A refund will be allowed if: The office receives a written notice of cancellation and request for a refund no later than THIRTY (30) calendar days before reservation arrival date. A $25 administration charge will be deducted for all camping fee refunds. Cancellations can be made via the call center or web. Cancellations made up to close of business 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will incur the $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel 6 days or less prior to the arrival date, you will forfeit the first night’s fee or $75, whichever is the lesser amount. There is a $10 fee assessed for all changes made to your reservation, except for adding nights to the reservation.
Muskegon County Parks accepts cash and checks on-site. Credit cards can be used for online campsite reservations and on-site at Pioneer Park, Meinert Park, Twin Lake Park, and Blue Lake Park. Services include gas dock, ship’s store, floating café, water sports, slip rentals and a full line of rental boats, including houseboats, ski boats, fishing boats and WaveRunners. For the true camping enthusiast we have “The Bluff“, located on the highest and most wooded section of our resort. This area also includes our hiking trail.

CANCELLATIONS
Kindly notify the campground of changes to your reservation as early as possible. Early departures arenon-refundable.
If you must cancel, please call the campground at (417) 739-3883 within 7 days prior to arrival date to obtain a cancellation number in accordance with the following cancellation policies. An invalid credit card will automatically cancel your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Campsites: Seven days prior to arrival date for full refund less $5.00 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made if reservation is canceled or changed within seven days of arrival date.
We camp here every year. Beautiful Lake and nice campground. This year we found that they had completely changed the swimming dock; very nice update. We would highly recommend this campground for a family vacation. Only 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and other wonderful attractions.
Great campground. We had full hookups, which was a bonus. Great layout, playground and bathrooms were close. The kids were able to ride bikes, we were even able to have a kickball game for our son’s birthday. Definitely plan on returning next season.
Stayed at the Campground in our 45′ Motorhome. Full hook ups were nice. The place was very well maintained and the spots were well shaded. We even took advantage of the hotel pool and hot tub. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely visit again.
