My husband and I have hired S&S two times now. The first was for a bathroom renovation. They layed custom river rock tile around the tub and shower areas. We also had them tear out carpet on our steps and replace it with bamboo flooring.
I was incredibly impressed with their communication. They contacted me every evening to update me on the project status and make sure I was happy with the progress and the quality of work. They finished on time and on budget and they always showed up when they said they would.

But probably one of the most impressive things was the fact they cleaned up after themselves each nite and when they finished the project. They swept the floors and took all of the trash with them. They were very respectful of our home, our time and our budget and we would definitely recommend them for any renovation projects.
Zach and the team from S&S Custom Building did a full kitchen remodel for me. The work was excellent and they even came in under budget. Zach was great to work with. We constantly changed our design plan during the project but Zach was very patient and made all the adjustments we asked for.
Right in the middle of the kitchen project a storm damaged our roof. Zach had a second crew on the roof right away. The damaged roof was fully stripped and replaced in a day, actually before lunch.
Zach was prompt and professional. He showed up when he said he would and did the work he promised, most days working well after business hours to stay on schedule.
